Himanshu Goenka, the person behind Muskurahat’s vision is a young passionate social worker who has set out to change the world one smile at a time! When not teaching kids he is managing events and training and leading a dynamic youth community.
Ayush Khandelwal, the man of action at Muskurahat is an engineer turned brother to hundreds of kids. With his impeccable management skills, go getter attitude and charming smile he makes sure work gets done, done in the best way possible way.
Samay is a nature enthusiast who is also extremely fond of psychology. He has been associated with Muskurahat for a very long time and heads our Marketing division. He feels privileged to be dedicating his time for the betterment of children.
Dhruv has been a part of the organization for over two years but has seen it grow since its inception. Being a student social worker, Dhruv comes with a lot of on-ground/grass-root experience of working with every sector of the society.
Sonal is a student of literature and sociology, who loves being around our kids and pampering them with as much love and support, as humanly possible. She loves helping out anyone in need of it and she is our warmest piece of sunshine.
Yuthika is a media student, who loves documenting little parts of her life through videos. She has been a part of Muskurahat for almost a year and manages our social media. She loves creating visual content and teaching.
Novita is our freshest batch of brewed coffee. She has been a part of Muskurahat for the past six months and describes her journey to be amazing. Novita handles Muskurahat’s Human Resources and she believes that she wants to hold an important role in transforming our society.
Shripad is one of our newest members who loves working with social causes professionally. He believes that you have to do everything it takes to reach a place or to execute something and enjoys listening to jazz music.
Prerna Dharap is an educator and founder of Invoke inspire, which is a first of it’s kind of platform that launches students as entrepreneurs. She is also the Channel Partner and Head of India’s Teacher Task Force (inspired by UNESCO’s International Teacher task Force) and works in association with TeachersHelpTeachers to create a better future for students and teachers
Sneha helps organisations build capacity in social development programs, CSR and monitoring and evaluation. She is also passionate about skill building and works with youth and professionals through training in life skills, education and professional development.
Maya Divakar is an education consultant and school mentor, committed to raising the standards of teaching and learning. She is an advocate for building 21st century skills in learners. She has been in the education industry for about 20 years in various roles- as a teacher, a school leader, school mentor and coach. Her belief that children have to be enabled to become global citizens has led her to focus on the development of essential skills.
She is currently working at Third Bridge as a Client Associate and has maintained strategic relationships with global clients (top hedge funds, private equity firms, and management consultancy firm. She has also had prior experience at KM Consultants in Indiana, USA as an HR Consultant and has worked alongside Habitat for Humanity for a 6-month project in Bloomington Indiana.
He has a prior 2-year experience of working on Strategy cases with Bain & Co. He is also the Co-founder of the start up HouseItt and works at the capacity of a growth and strategy officer. He is also leading Leo Club, University of Delhi Chapter where he is managing 50 students and working on various social projects. He has also worked with organisations such as WWF, Youth for Peace International, etc.
